Yesterday… played a game of MtG with Hunter last night. Allies vs Eldrazi… in a flavor-y sense, you’d think that’d be really dramatic. But in fact, it was just a long, dull board-stall of a match, since each of us was playing huge creatures and not enough removal. I eventually won by giving a Pathrazer regen and just dragging everything down into an Annihilator death-spiral. I’m liking the Eldrazi quite a bit, though. (I picked up the Eldrazi Arisen intro pack on Friday… I love intro packs in general.)

The new Lookouts story on Penny Arcade hasn’t really grabbed me. The art is gorgeous, but Tycho’s accompanying verse is waaaaaaaay too obtuse.
